When the weather breaks and the sun shines possibility blooms so beautiful and large.
then the cold front moves in, and the blooms freeze, the windows are closed, darkness hovers like a fog.

Patience is hard to keep pinned down.
fantasy sounds real

until the cold front moves in.

Tru dat. It was sunny and in the 70's here yesterday. Today? Sleet and in the 30's. I can't wrap my emotional arms around all this.

I recently spent a week in Seattle on biz, and I was reminded why I can't live there anymore. The weather becomes your climate, slowly and relentlessly. No mere metaphor, nope, no ways.

There's a song here somewhere... or two.. or three... or a box set.

"Don't know why
There's no sun up in the sky..."
